   TRACI BIRD KESTLER is a lifelong resident of New Orleans, a graduate of UNO and Dwell NOLA Realty’s broker. 

   Traci is a real estate investor which evolved to specializing in investment real estate.  She works closely with flippers, builders and commercial / residential buy and hold investors.

   Before her career in real estate she was a retail store manager in New Orleans for many years.  After Hurricane Katrina she refocused her efforts on real estate and rebuilding the community.

   Traci volunteers for a local animal welfare organization, Kismet Pet Adoptions, and rescued many of the city’s animals immediately after Katrina.

   Her strong ties to the community, intimate knowledge of the metropolitan area and her experience with commerce in the city, give her a special edge that translates into a great advantage for you.

   Stephanie Campani is a licensed Realtor, Notary Public and co-owner of Dwell NOLA Realty. In her spare time Stephanie volunteers with a local animal rescue group to help animals find new homes.

   Prior to her career in real estate, Stephanie was in management for a major retail establishment. This experience helped strengthen her commitment to customer service, which is crucial in ensuring her clients happiness and satisfaction are at the forefront of every transaction.

   Relocating to New Orleans in 1997 helped Stephanie understand the challenges the relocation process can pose. This allows her to anticipate some of her clients needs ahead of time and help make the process easier for them.

   Due to her love for New Orleans' history and its architecture Stephanie obtained her Historic Homes designation through the Preservation Resource Center. This helps her to better assist buyers and sellers in understanding and meeting the regulations associated with historic properties.

    Stephanie’s commitment to customer service, flexible schedule and extensive knowledge of the real estate market gives you the advantage in this ever changing industry.
